Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 business days of receipt. To qualify for a reprint, the original order must be returned via mail within 20 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected the items, your reprint will be processed. Standard reprints for bulk orders take approximately 10 business days, though expedited options are available for an additional fee.
Non-Defective Products
Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 20 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. In these instances, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with reprints or replacements.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, Packaging Giants offers partial refunds only. We retain 99% of the product cost because production begins immediately following client approval. Consequently, full refunds are not available once the product has been delivered.
To initiate a return or report an issue, contact our support team at email within the required timeframe. Please include your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning an item to us.
