By utilizing the services provided by Packaging Giants, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at our discretion. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of our current policies.
Packaging Giants prohibits the use of automated systems, robots, or scripts to access our website without prior authorization. Fraudulent behavior or activities that violate these terms may result in appropriate legal action.
Trademarks and Copyrights
When you submit artwork to Packaging Giants, you assume responsibility for ensuring that the content provided does not infringe upon existing trademarks, service marks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Originality: All printed content should be original or properly licensed for your intended use.
Legal Responsibility: Unauthorized copyrighted elements may expose you to legal consequences.
Verification: We strongly advise reviewing all design elements before submission to help prevent delays and production issues.
Customer Content and Data Privacy
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and intellectual property rights associated with the content and designs submitted for printing. Packaging Giants and its team members are not responsible for errors or unlawful content contained in customer-submitted files, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Design and Color Accuracy
At Packaging Giants, we utilize printing technology designed to reproduce submitted artwork as accurately as possible. However, please note the following:
Color Matching: An exact color match or identical color density cannot always be guaranteed due to the limitations of commercial printing processes.
Surface Variables: Different materials, including kraft paper, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, and rigid board, absorb ink differently and may affect the final appearance.
Digital vs. Physical: Colors displayed on screens using RGB may differ from printed colors produced using CMYK or other printing processes.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Resolution: We recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for print-ready artwork.
Color Mode: CMYK files are preferred unless otherwise specified by our design team.
Proofs: Electronic proofs may be provided for customer review and approval.
Proofing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final artwork, including spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, and other design details. Once a proof is approved, changes may require additional charges and may affect production timelines. Liability for errors is subject to applicable law and any express commitments made by Packaging Giants.
Materials and Manufacturing
We offer a range of packaging materials, including Kraft, Cardboard, Corrugated Cardboard, and Rigid Board.
Environmental Factors: Packaging durability and performance may be affected by storage conditions, moisture, temperature, and handling.
Design Approval: Changes requested after design approval may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline designs that cannot be produced to our quality standards or that contain unlawful or otherwise prohibited content.
Payments and Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total cost may include product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping or handling fees. Full payment is required before production begins unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon.
Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include:
Credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard
Digital wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available
PayPal, where available
Stripe-supported payment methods, including American Express and Link, where available
Payment options displayed at checkout or specified in your approved quote determine which methods are available for your order.
Shipping and Order Fulfillment
Our standard delivery estimate is 6 to 8 business days following production, unless a different timeline is specified in your approved quote. Production time and shipping time may vary depending on order specifications, destination, and other circumstances.
Delays: Unforeseen circumstances, including carrier disruptions, weather, or production issues, may cause delays. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to your estimated timeline.
Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping Issues: If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and coordinate with the relevant shipping provider. Responsibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the agreed shipping terms.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Custom manufacturing involves design, material, and production costs. The following cancellation schedule applies where permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms of your approved order.

Important: Production or material procurement may begin after order confirmation. Cancellation charges are intended to account for costs associated with the order and remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory refund rights. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Our offices or production facilities may be closed or operate on reduced schedules during the following holidays, depending on the applicable location:

Holiday schedules may affect order processing, production, and delivery estimates.
Quantities: Overruns and Underruns
Depending on the manufacturing process and the terms of your approved quote, an order may occasionally contain a small surplus or shortfall in quantity.
Where quantity tolerances apply, they will be communicated in the relevant quotation or order agreement. If your project requires a precise quantity, please confirm the permitted tolerance with our team before production.
For projects where packaging spoilage or handling losses are a concern, you may wish to discuss ordering an additional 5% to 10% with our team.
Indemnification and Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Packaging Giants, its directors, employees, and affiliates against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:
Your material breach of these terms.
Intellectual property infringement involving artwork or content you supplied.
Unlawful content submitted by you for production.
Your unauthorized use of another person’s account or credentials.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Our services are provided subject to the terms of the applicable quotation and order agreement. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties may be limited, but nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
