We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any discretion and without prior notice to visitors or existing clients. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of our current practices.
Packaging Giants prohibits the use of automated systems, robots, or scripts to access our website. Any fraudulent behavior or activities that violate these service terms will be met with legal action.
Trademarks and Copyrights
When you submit artwork to Packaging Giants, you assume full legal responsibility for the content provided. By placing an order, you guarantee that your designs do not infringe upon any existing trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material.
- Originality: All printed content should be unique to your brand identity.
- Legal Risk: Incorporating unauthorized copyrighted elements can lead to serious legal consequences for the user.
- Verification: We strongly advise reviewing all design elements thoroughly before submission to ensure a smooth, delay-free production process.
Customer Content and Data Privacy
The information and context of the designs printed on your packaging are your sole responsibility. Packaging Giants and its team members are not liable for errors in content, unlawful information, or copyright infringements present in user-submitted files.

While we strive to protect your digital information, clients must remain vigilant regarding the accuracy and legality of the physical data they wish to print.
Our Production Cycle
To keep things moving smoothly, we follow a streamlined five-step workflow:

Design and Color Accuracy
At Packaging Giants, we utilize advanced printing technology to match your submitted files as closely as possible. However, please be aware of the following:
- Color Matching: We cannot guarantee an exact 100% color match or specific density due to the inherent limitations of the CMYK printing process.
- Surface Variables: Different materials (kraft, cardboard, etc.) absorb ink differently, which may affect the final appearance.
- Digital vs. Physical: On-screen colors (RGB) will always vary slightly from printed results.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
- Resolution: Minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
- Color Mode: All files must be submitted in CMYK format.
- Proofs: Our experts will provide electronic proofs for your review.
Proofing Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for the final proofreading of all layouts. Packaging Giants is not liable for spelling, grammatical, or formatting errors once the proof has been approved.
Materials and Manufacturing
We offer a range of premium materials, including Kraft, Cardboard, Corrugated Cardboard, and Rigid Board.
- Environmental Factors: Please note that the longevity and performance of packaging can be influenced by storage conditions and handling.
- Approval: Once you approve a design, any subsequent changes will incur additional charges. We reserve the right to reject designs that fall below our quality standards or contain inappropriate content.
Payments and Fees
All transactions at Packaging Giants are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Total costs include the product price, applicable taxes, and shipping/handling fees. Full payment is required before production begins.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
- Stripe, American Express, and Link
Shipping and Order Fulfillment
We aim to deliver orders within a standard window of 6 to 8 business days following production.
- Delays: While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you if your timeline is affected.
- Accuracy: Customers must provide a correct shipping address. Packaging Giants is not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to courier errors or incorrect address information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Time is of the essence in custom manufacturing. Our cancellation windows are as follows:

| 4 to 24 Hours | 20% of Total Order Amount |
| After 24 Hours | 50% of Total Order Amount |
Note: We begin processing orders immediately after the 4-hour mark. The 50% fee covers the material and labor costs already committed to your custom project.
Observed Holidays
Packaging Giants will be closed on the following days:
- New Year’s Day & Christmas Day / Boxing Day
- Good Friday & Easter Monday
- St. Patrick’s Day
- Labor Day & Thanksgiving
- Canada Day & Victoria Day
Quantities: Overruns and Underruns
On occasion, especially with bulk orders, we may deliver a small surplus of items at no extra cost to you. While underruns (receiving fewer items than ordered) are rare, we recommend ordering 5% to 10% more than your minimum requirement to account for any potential spoilage during your own packing process.
Indemnification and Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold Packaging Giants, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
- Your breach of these terms.
- Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in your artwork.
- Libelous or obscene content within your designs.
- Unauthorized access to your account via your password.
Packaging Giants provides its services on an “as is” basis. While our quality assurance team works tirelessly to prevent errors, we offer no express warranties beyond our standard production quality commitments.
